Zyvark Solutions is a Chennai-based, asset-light services company. We design, commission and run the infrastructure that data centers and enterprises depend on — and we build our own software to monitor and govern it.
Our mission
To give Indian enterprises and data-center operators the hands-on engineering they need to build and run AI-ready infrastructure — without them having to staff every specialist skill in-house, and without us owning megawatts of capacity.
Why we exist
India had about 1.6 GW of data-center capacity in mid-2026, and JLL projects 6 GW by 2029 — roughly US$110 billion of new infrastructure to commission and run. AI workloads push racks beyond what air cooling handles, and they need GPU clusters, high-speed fabrics and stricter compliance. Meanwhile more than half of operators worldwide report difficulty hiring qualified staff (Uptime Institute, 2026). That execution gap is the work we do.

Software we have built
Two platforms of our own, used in our managed services:
- NetPulse — infrastructure monitoring and AIOps: polling, alerting, flow analysis, configuration management and anomaly detection.
- Praman — DPDP and CERT-In compliance assurance: a tamper-evident audit log, in-region personal-data classification and a breach workflow on the CERT-In six-hour clock.
How we work
- Asset-light. We do not own data-center capacity; we work inside our clients' and their colocation partners' facilities.
- Fixed scope first. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call and a priced, written proposal with deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Rehearsed before it touches your floor. Where it reduces risk, changes are rehearsed in a test environment first. A dedicated integration lab is part of what new investment would fund.
- Project, then run. After delivery, clients can keep us on a managed retainer, with NetPulse monitoring and Praman compliance attached.

Where we stand today
We are an early-stage company and we say so plainly: our software is built and running, our core service lines are ready to sell (the Tier 3 lines are future options), and we have not yet signed our first client. We are seeking investment to set up the integration lab and win our first accounts. No funds have been raised to date.
