1. Who we are

This website, www.zyvark.in, is operated by Zyvark Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Logesh Shankar, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. “We”, “us” and “Zyvark” mean Zyvark Solutions. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Information only — not an offer

• Content about our business, market, financial projections and plans is provided for information. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any shares, securities or other investment, and it is not investment, legal or tax advice.
• Projections and targets are management estimates. They are labelled as such where they appear, they are not promises, and actual results may differ materially.
• Prices on the services pages are indicative. A service is supplied only under a signed proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

3. Tools and downloads

• The calculators on the Tools page give estimates from the inputs you enter. Check any figure before relying on it for a decision.
• The investor deck and whitepaper are provided for your own evaluation of Zyvark. Please do not republish them without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access, overload the service, or bypass its security or rate limits (to report a vulnerability, see our security policy);
• submit false information, spam or someone else's personal data through our forms;
• scrape the site in bulk or use it to train or build a competing product.

5. Intellectual property

The website's text, design, graphics (including the 3D illustrations), the Zyvark name and logo, and the NetPulse and Praman software are owned by Zyvark Solutions or used with permission. You may view and share links to the website and quote short passages with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

6. Links to other websites

We link to third-party sources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
