Investing in India's AI delivery bench
Zyvark is an early-stage, founder-led company seeking Pre-Series A investment. Everything here is either a fact we can show you today or a projection labelled as one.
India is adding AI data-center capacity faster than operators can staff the specialised work — GPU commissioning, liquid cooling, high-speed fabric and compliance. Zyvark exists to close that execution gap.

Why now
India's AI build-out is outrunning its delivery bench. That gap is the market.
Capacity is set to almost quadruple by 2029, while more than half of operators already struggle to hire qualified staff (Uptime Institute, 2026). DPDP and CERT-In make compliance non-optional for every tenant.

Why Zyvark
Six structural advantages. Each one is checkable.
- 01
Asset-Light, High-Margin
No megawatts to own — recurring-revenue-led with a blended gross margin rising to ~62% by Year 3.e
- 02
Owned IP
NetPulse (DCIM/AIOps) and Praman (DPDP/CERT-In compliance) turn skilled delivery into scalable, sticky software.
- 03
The Execution-Gap Wedge
More than half of data-center operators report difficulty hiring qualified staff (Uptime Institute, 2026) — and GPU, liquid-cooling and fabric skills are the scarcest.
- 04
Hands-On Technical Founder
Founder-led engineering across data-center networking, Linux, virtualization and backup/DR — the founder delivers the work personally, from the first call to day-two operations.
- 05
Chennai Advantage
India's second-largest data-center hub and a major subsea-cable landing point; it delivered half of the country's new capacity in H1 2026 (JLL).
- 06
Land-and-Expand ARR
An integration project lands the account; NetPulse, Backup/DR and Praman compound it, targeting 110–120% net revenue retention.e
Competitive landscape
The combination is the position. Not any single column.
Large SIs and OEM arms can do the work but are priced and staffed for the largest accounts; MSPs and neoclouds each cover one slice. Where we are behind, the matrix says so.

- Source: JLL, India data centre 2026 mid-year report (31 August 2026): capacity, supply growth, 2029 projection, investment need and H1 2026 supply split. Other brokers put mid-2026 capacity at ~1.75 GW (CBRE) and ~1.8 GW (Cushman & Wakefield); definitions differ.
- TAM, SAM and SOM are Zyvark management estimates, not third-party figures.
- Management projections, unaudited. Years are counted from the date investment is received. They are not a promise or a forecast of investor returns; actual results may differ materially.
- ARR run-rate is annualised recurring revenue at the end of Year 3. The Year-3 recurring figure (₹13.2 Cr) is recurring revenue recognised across the whole year, so the two measure different things.
- Gross-margin and break-even figures are management targets, not achieved results.
